Introduction of 48-cavity automatic bottle cap compression molding machine

The company produces automatic rotation molded capping machine is based on the most advanced technological process and from the high standards of design, development and manufacture of new DR-48T automatic hydraulic molding machine cover. It is the raw material for high-temperature melting plastic granules, through the extruder by cutting the blank feed pan evenly distributed to each cavity process.  Product no injection point, appearance, is now the main production machine cap to save raw materials, energy and labor as the main features, is now widely used in a variety of mineral water, beverage, pharmaceutical and other various containers bottle production.

1.  High stability: automatic plastic bottle cap molding machine high stability comes from the high standards of design and strict processing requirements, but also from the high standards of electricity, gas configuration;

2.  High degree of automation: a key to start the machine, a key stop, truly automatic.

3.  Easy to operate: human-machine interface, simple operation, rotary table, easy to operate.

4. Appearance: Rotary compression molding, caps appearance, no injection point, printing better.

5.  saving: injection mechanism with equal energy output can be increased threefold compared to the cover.

6.  save raw materials: the mold cavity to suppress independent, non-runner waste generation.
