Brückner Group joined as a member of the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, starting in January 2025.

Brückner is now a member of the Alliance to End Plastic Waste.

 

“Brückner Group’s focus on innovation and sustainability in film production is aligned with the Alliance’s first thematic program on the recycling of flexible plastics,” explained Jacob Duer, President and CEO at the Alliance.

 

“This global network enables the exchange of expertise in order to take meaningful steps and drive systemic change,” added Dr. Axel von Wiedersperg, CEO of Brückner Group.

 

The Alliance to End Plastic Waste, as an international association founded in 2019, now comprises 70 renowned industrial companies. It can build bridges between research, waste management and recycling, helping individual projects achieve a breakthrough more quickly.

 

Since 2019, the Alliance has raised US$570 million dollars in capital and launched 70 circular economy projects.
