The sixth-generation large optical sorting machines from China’s DataBeyond Technology have been adopted in numerous domestic and international facilities. In particular, the AI+SPEC Hyperspectral Optical Sorting Machine has been running in many leading global bottle cleaning plants.

 

Feeding material up to 10 tons/hour

 

These machines are engineered with excellent reliability for non-stop production, ensuring the high productivity and efficiency of large-scale bottle cleaning plants. Besides, they boost exceptional sorting capabilities with an impressive intake capacity of up to 10 tons per hour.

In addition, the automated high-precision sorting process ensures product quality. With a sorting accuracy of ≥99.6%, the machines significantly reduce manual inspection at the backend, saving significant labor costs.

Fully enclosed design for operator safety

 

The sixth-generation large optical sorting machines feature a stainless steel double-layer feed hopper, heavy-duty rollers with double dynamic balance to prevent deviation, and a fully enclosed design, offering enhanced safety for operators. The reduced noise measures facilitate a quieter production environment.

 

The machines are designed with IP65 electrical protection, making it resistant to water vapor and acidic corrosion in harsh environments and providing a longer service life.
